Sudan and Ethiopia produce the most widely traded Oilbanum, and 1987 this was reckond production is believed to have declined as a result of severe droughts Indian Oilbanum is used domestically for making incence sticks.Valume of exports have been erratic in recent years but averaged about 90 tons pa for the six years 1987/88-1992/93
